- Complete general ledger duties
- Record and update monthly balance sheets
- Adhoc duties
- Calculate and balance sales for SARS VAT
- Leading staff
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- Degree or Diploma Bookkeeping or Accounting
- Degree plus 5 years Bookkeeping experience OR 10 years bookkeeping experience no degree
- Strong reconciliation skills
- SAP essential
- Strong understanding of accounting principles Knowledge of tax regulations, VAT, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations)
- Preparation of financial reports and management accounts
