We’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a dedicated Chef to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for breakfast, brunch, and lunch service
- Develop and contribute to seasonal menus and daily specials
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Work efficiently in a small kitchen environment
- Collaborate with baristas and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a café, bistro, or brunch setting
- Solid understanding of breakfast and lunch-style cuisine (eggs, sandwiches, salads, baked goods, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small kitchen
- Proven experience with managing prep, service, and kitchen cleanliness
- Basic knowledge of food cost, portion control, and reducing kitchen waste
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
