Duties & Responsibilities
Telesales representatives generate leads, promote products/services, and close sales by phone and other communication channels to meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads for field sales teams, managing customer relationships, and maintaining accurate records in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Also require strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to handle rejection and stay informed about products and industry trends.
- Calling warm leads provided daily
- Presenting and pitching our services to business owners
- Booking meetings or closing sales
- Following up with interested prospects
- Maintaining accurate customer records
Desired Experience & Qualification
- A proven sales background (2-3 years, ideally in a similar field),
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with CRM software, and a target-driven,
- Resilient mindset to handle rejection and exceed goals.
- A background in areas like IT, or digital marketing can be advantageous, but transferable skills from customer service roles are also valuable.
Package & Remuneration
Uncapped commission + recurring income
- Casual / contract role (commission-only)
