Role Overview
We are an Online Loans company currently hiring for a motivated and highly organised Management & Office Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and COO while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The role combines executive assistance with general administrative tasks, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Executive/Management Assistance
- Provide direct administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing documentation.
- Tracking action items from management meetings and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for management when required.
Office & Administrative Support
- Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Sourcing quotations, comparing suppliers, and handling procurement logistics
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Assist with HR administration (maintaining employee records, payroll inputs).
- Support finance team with basic tasks such as processing invoices and allocating client payments made to the bank account onto the LMS.
Project & Team Support
- Assist management with coordination of small projects, tracking deadlines, and following up on action items.
- Help coordinate internal communications and company events.
- Provide general support to staff and serve as a central point of contact for office-related queries.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications & Skills
- Matric
- 2 years’ experience in office administration, executive assistance, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
