About the Role
We are looking for experienced Senior Call Centre Agents to join our high-performance team in Port Elizabeth. This is not your average call centre job — you will work in a high-risk environment, where accuracy, compliance, and client care are critical.
Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a demanding, fast-paced setting.

Handle urgent and sensitive client queries with professionalism.

Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills in complex situations.

Calmly de-escalate challenging conversations while ensuring client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups.

Strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and risk protocols.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet targets and service standards.
Minimum Requirements

Degree/diploma in Business, Communications, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred).

2–3 years’ experience in a call centre, operations, or client service environment.

Proven ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused under stress.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.

Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
