Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Sous Chef (Griller & Seafood Chef)

Formal culinary qualification (Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts)
7–10+ years of experience in fine dining, with3–5 years as a Head Chef or leadership role
Strong culinary skills across multiple cuisines, withmastery in plating & garnishing
Experience inbudgeting, labour cost control, and profitability management
Proven ability tolead and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high standards in food quality and consistency
Track record indesigning and innovating seasonal menus, usinglocal, high-quality ingredients
Oversee all kitchen operations, includingfood cost, inventory, and labour management
Ability tocoordinate with front-of-house stafffor seamless service
Skilled at handlingcustomer feedback professionallyto enhance the dining experience
