Role Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the design, planning, management, and execution of THEON Group marketing activities, including participation in key international exhibitions and corporate events, product material and marketing campaigns to excite stakeholders and demystify the innovation behind our solutions.
The role requires a structured and proactive individual, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Event & Exhibition Management
Lead End-to-End GROUP’s participation in major international exhibitions and other events. Develop and rigorously maintain detailed project timelines, manage vendor contracts, oversee all logistics, and ensure compliance with security and international exhibition regulations for all display and material deliverables.
Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the central conduit between internal stakeholders, including product and business development, to ensure unified goals, technical messaging accuracy, and optimal presence.
Budget & ROI: Manage detailed event budgets, handle financial reconciliation, and conduct thorough post-event analysis to measure impact, capture leads, and provide actionable intelligence.
2. Product Marketing & Integrated Communications
Product Storytelling and campaigns: develop targeted marketing campaigns to strengthen the product narrative, excite stakeholders and demystify the advanced engineering behind our solutions, focusing on government and B2B audiences.
Integrated Communications: Collaborate closely with the Comms/media, Public Affairs, and Investor Relations teams to ensure brand consistency and visual identity across communication channels, event displays, marketing collateral, and corporate presentations.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in the defense, technology, or B2B sector.
