Position Overview
Driving digital performance across key areas including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), website management (non-technical), email marketing and performance marketing.
The role reports to the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO best practices, and optimize content for improved organic visibility.
- Collaborate with content creators to align SEO with editorial strategy.
- Analyze SEO reports and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Implement latest practices in AI-powered search SEO
- Website Management (Non-Technical)
- Manage websites content and structure using a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
- Optimize landing pages for user experience, SEO, and lead generation.
- Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including monthly newsletters, product updates, and promotional sends.
- Use email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) to segment audiences, set up automated workflows, and track campaign performance.
- Supervise and support one direct report responsible for social media management and performance management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. A master’s degree (MBA/MSc) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a focus on SEO, paid media, and website management.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager.
- Skilled in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console. Other SEO tools would be considered a plus
- Comfortable managing a CMS (e.g., WordPress) without coding.
