Position Overview
This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, driving foot traffic, and building brand loyalty across our diagnostic centers, hospitals and local communities. You will work closely with the marketing comms, operations, sales teams, and external partners to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and immersive brand experiences tailored for healthcare consumers and patients.
The role reports to the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies that drive product visibility, patient education, and customer engagement across healthcare retail locations.
- Manage point-of-sale materials, promotional displays, and digital signage, ensuring dynamic and engaging content that enhances the retail experience.
- Collaborate with creative & comms teams to deliver compelling digital signage content tailored to healthcare consumers.
- Plan and execute interactive in-store activations such as service demos and educating initiatives.
- Design and execute localized marketing campaigns to support specific centers and community engagement.
- Organize and sponsor community health events, wellness workshops, and patient outreach programs.
- Manage geo-targeted advertising and promotions to increase local brand awareness.
- Plan and support experiential marketing initiatives such as service launch events, health fairs, and patient engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare retail, pharmacy, or consumer health sectors..
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations related to marketing communications.
- Proven experience in managing in-store marketing and local marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital signage technology and content management.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
