Introduction

- To ultimately ensure that projects successfully meet their objectives and produce the desired results to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time & cost, and pursue operational excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities
The following are the main duties and responsibilities of an Infrastructure Project Manager:
· Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, including setting project goals and objectives, developing project plans, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders
· Manage project budget and resources, ensuring that all project activities are carried out within the allocated budget and resources
· Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking project milestones and deliverables, and providing regular updates to stakeholders
· Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure that the infrastructure design and implementation meet the technical requirements
· Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
· Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies and regulations, as well as with industry standards and best practices
· Manage project documentation, including maintaining detailed project plans, reports, and other project-related documents
· Manage project team members, providing guidance and support as needed, and fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to improve future projects You will be responsible for all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure.
- This includes managing technical resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the project meets its goals within the specified timeline and budget. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, is well-versed in project management methodologies, and has a proven track record in leading infrastructure projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
· Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to closure
· Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
· Create a detailed project plan that identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
· Manage project resources, including procurement and contract negotiations
· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
· Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget · Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
· Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications:
· Proven work experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager or similar role
· Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies
· Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
· Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and project management principles
· Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance controls
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
· Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
· BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
· PMP or similar certification would be an advantage
