Introduction
Position: Junior Sales Representative
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Remuneration: R12 000 – R15 000
Commission incentive (Performance Based)
Benefits: Provident Fund
Duties & Responsibilities
- Procure price and availability from suppliers
- Check data accuracy on orders and invoices
- Provide support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales operations
- Process and capture sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
- WhatsApp Groups – Monitor and assist (internal and customer)
- Maintain and update system
Desired Experience & Qualification
Required Qualifications:
- Matric (Senior Certificate)
- Minimum of 2 years’ earthmoving / parts sales experience
- Valid driver's license
Advantageous Skills:
- Earthmoving-related sales experience
- Proficient in related systems (Catsis)
- External sales experience
- Systems experience (Quickbooks, Pastel, SAP)
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
