Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with key business clients.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Achieve sales targets and maximise client retention.

Promote and sell ICT solutions including Connectivity, Cyber Security, VoIP, Cloud, and Office 365 services.

Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on how our solutions can support their business.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account reviews.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in B2B ICT/Telecoms sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Results-driven with a track record of exceeding targets.

Good understanding of technology solutions such as connectivity, cloud, VoIP, and security (advantageous).

Own transport and willingness to travel when required.
