Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, from job boards to social media, while keeping an eye out for those hidden gems
- Business Development and must not be shy to talk to strangers over the phone
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies
- A sense of humor that can brighten up even the dullest of office days (dad jokes and puns are highly encouraged).
- Don’t need recruitment experience, full training will be provided
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with grace and a sprinkle of lightheartedness
- A contagious positive attitude
- A team player mentality because we believe in supporting each other through the good times and the bad
