Job Fit- Responsibilities
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.
- Oversee the PHĀEA's digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Leverage data analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budget and resources, ensuring the budget guidelines are met.
- Oversee the creation, distribution, and performance of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
- Uphold brand standards across all touchpoints, including online and offline marketing materials, social media, website, and guest communications.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, needs, and market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and media.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media contacts.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analytics and marketing performance measurement tools.
