Mindshare seeks to recruit a Performance Marketing Manager to work along our award winning team. The chosen candidate will be part of a team handling one of the largest advertisers of the Greek market, and help them reach their business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and execution. The chosen candidate will work within an experienced Performance Team and report to Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of professionals, ensuring prioritisation is set among projects and deadlines are met, while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and performance excellence within the team.
- Perform campaign management which includes campaign set up & launches, budget management within accounts, reporting, campaign optimisation based on performance KPIs and metrics.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, DV360, and all major social platforms (TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing) for implementations and insights.
- Responsible for client interactions including reporting and live meetings.
- Ensures best practice and innovation in all activities
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with Google Ads product solutions, ideally with performance and e-commerce clients and projects. Experience with Universal App Campaigns is a strong plus.
- A minimum of 2-3 years on Meta product solutions.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Bing, or LinkedIn ad product solutions.
- Knowledge on designing reports using Google Looker Studio.
- Knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), to be used for deep dive data analysis and campaign optimisation.
- Strategic mindset, focused in constant evolution and result driven improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Economics or other related fields.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office product suite, Excel and Powerpoint in particular.
- Excellent knowledge of English, with the ability to write and present in English if necessary
