AEA RELATE one of the leading PR and communication agencies in Greece, is looking for the ideal candidate to fill in the position of: Junior Digital Marketing Executive.
This is an on-site role in Athens and a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of digital marketing experience who wants to take their skills to the next level in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are looking for the ideal candidate to enhance our digital marketing department, as part of an established team, with key responsibilities to:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to increase community engagement and grow the follower base.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content strategies.
- Prepare and deliver reports using analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Brandwatch, native platform insights).
- Manage direct communication with clients, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and communication objectives.
- Brief and coordinate with the creative team (design, copy, production) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices across major platforms to strengthen brand presence.
- Manage and maintain several WordPress websites (preferred but not required).
- Support the setup, monitoring, and basic management of Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
Education & Experience Required
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably within a digital or PR agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing business accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track, measure, and report on performance.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads (required).
- Experience working with B2B clients is highly desirable.
- Bonus skills: Basic knowledge of WordPress and experience with TikTok.
