Role Overview
The Marketing Manager elevates the hotel’s brand appeal and revenue, with a special focus on F&B outlets, ensuring campaigns resonate with high-net-worth clientele while maintaining consistency with brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies that elevate Kenshō Paros’ brand presence, drive guest engagement, and foster loyalty across diverse channels including offline activations, digital platforms, social media, and strategic partnerships.
- Craft and oversee the development of compelling brand stories and messaging that capture the essence of Kenshō’s unique experiences, while maintaining alignment with the overarching brand identity and luxury positioning.
- Define and execute campaigns that highlight the hotel’s diverse offerings, spanning luxury accommodations, gastronomy, wellness, and bespoke lifestyle experiences.
- Partner with external and internal partners to deliver impactful digital marketing initiatives—covering website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online campaigns—aimed at strengthening direct bookings and revenue performance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure Kenshō’s brand values and philosophy are embedded across all touchpoints, supported by the development of brand materials, guidelines, and creative assets.
- Continuously monitor luxury hospitality trends, guest insights, and competitive benchmarks to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, securing Kenshō Paros’ position as a market leader.
- Track and evaluate key performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing initiatives, sharing actionable insights and recommendations with senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Brand Strategy, or a related discipline.
- Proven success in senior marketing roles within luxury hospitality or lifestyle sectors, with at least 5 years of leadership experience driving brand and commercial growth.
- Strong expertise in luxury brand positioning and the ability to translate brand values into authentic, impactful campaigns and guest experiences.
- Inspirational leadership and team management capabilities, with a collaborative, motivational, and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
- Strategic, results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in international or global marketing environments is highly desirable.
