About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our Marketing & Events team in Athens.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll manage relationships with tourism boards, cultural institutions, private sector and destination brands, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, data-driven digital campaigns. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams — translating objectives into briefs, coordinating execution, and reporting measurable impact.
The role is ideal for someone with solid digital marketing expertise who can balance strategy, performance, and client management, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for digital clients, building trusted relationships.
- Prepare clear project briefs, reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Manage expectations on timelines, budgets, deliverables, and KPIs.
Digital Campaigns & Media
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads Performance Max, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Oversee paid media budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Lead A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
SEO & Web Performance
- Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility (Google SGE, voice search, Zero-Click).
- Analyze website traffic, conversion funnels, and user behaviour with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and heatmaps.
- Work with developers to optimize site speed, UX, and conversion.
Content & Social Marketing
- Manage digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and industry platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to deliver compelling storytelling, blogs, reports, and white papers.
- Develop organic and paid social strategies aligned with client goals.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Manage email marketing campaigns with segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Use HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools for lead nurturing and retention.
- Build customer journeys that strengthen community engagement.
Data & Optimisation
- Monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and provide insights to improve campaigns.
- Track attribution models to demonstrate ROI.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing innovations, especially in destination marketing.
- 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, paid search, and paid social (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
- Proven ability to manage digital budgets, agencies, and internal teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus (not required).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for content adjustments.
- Excellent communication skills in English
