Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing and communication strategy for MGallery Samos by Accor, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing visibility, awareness, and revenue across all channels. Working closely with the property team, Accor brand representatives, and SWOT Hospitality’s corporate office, the role will be pivotal in positioning the hotel as a leading luxury lifestyle destination in the Aegean.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Brand Marketing
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and budget for MGallery Samos by Accor, aligned with SWOT Hospitality and Accor brand standards.
- Manage brand positioning, storytelling, and key visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Support pre-opening marketing initiatives, including PR campaigns, launch events, and content creation.
Digital & Social Media
- Oversee the hotel’s digital presence, including website content, SEO, and online campaigns.
- Manage and grow the hotel’s social media channels, ensuring engaging content and community interaction.
- Collaborate with digital agencies and Accor’s digital teams on paid media and performance marketing initiatives.
Public Relations & Communications
- Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and tourism partners to maximize exposure.
- Coordinate press releases, media visits, and brand collaborations.
- Ensure all communications reflect the MGallery brand narrative and local storytelling.
Sales & Revenue Support
- Work closely with the sales and revenue teams to design marketing activations that drive bookings, F&B sales, and ancillary revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitive insights to optimize strategy.
Partnerships & Local Engagement
- Identify partnership opportunities with local brands, events, and cultural organizations.
- Promote the resort’s experiences, wellness concepts, gastronomy, and sustainability initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager), and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience managing social media and influencer marketing programs.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
