Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and reflect Grecotel’s unique voice and positioning
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across social media, search, display, and retargeting channels to maximize ROI and ensure effective budget use.
- Oversee the creation and execution of engaging content that drives audience interaction and conversions.
- Manage SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic and improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Supervise targeted email campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing automation to strengthen customer relationships and achieve business goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital campaigns, using insights to enhance strategy and results.
- Lead and coordinate the digital marketing team, collaborating closely with hotels, internal departments, designers, the commercial team, and external agencies for seamless campaign execution.
- Research industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Optimize the digital customer journey across all online touchpoints to enhance engagement, loyalty, and direct bookings.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team-leading role. Experience in hospitality, tourism, or luxury brands is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
- Experience with CRM systems will be considered an asset.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling, content strategy, and visual communication.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance optimization.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
