Duties & Responsibilities
- Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, and measurement of effectivity of strategy.
- Selling of property.
- Analysis of marketing statistics in order to adjust and improve strategy.
- Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials.
- Market research.
- Excellent people skills and good interpersonal relations.
- Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems.
- Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it.
- Ability to establish a trusting client relationship, communicate clearly with clients, identify needs of clients and persuade clients.
- Above average ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Applicable tertiary qualification, preferrably a degree.
- Practical and proven sales & marketing experience.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Own Cellphone.
- Own Laptop.
