Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Book, strip, assess, and repair hydraulic units;assist walk-in customers and liaise with suppliers.
- Help with offloading, collections, on-site fixes, and cover for colleagues.
- Manage daily tasks, ensure smooth workflow, and resolve issues.
- Supervise, train, and support technicians; enforce policies and assist in hiring.
- Keep the workshop tidy and inspect lifting equipment regularly
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience:
5 years Hydraulic or power tool repair experience essential
Previous supervising experience essential
Skills and Knowledge:
Technically minded
Fast learner
Communication skills
Computer literate
Education:
Matric non-negotiable
