Your Mission
As Customer Services Manager – and Inside Sales Support for our Advanced Materials business – you will be the face and voice of Calyxia for our customers.
Your role will evolve over time:
Initial phase (50% CSM / 50% Inside Sales) – order handling, customer support, sales follow-up
After 6 months (90% CSM) – full ownership of the Customer Services function across all Business Units
Key responsibilities:
🎯 Customer Service & Order Management
First point of contact for all customer requests
Manage and resolve quality claims with internal teams
Process orders, issue invoices, coordinate logistics and transport
📊 Sales Tracking & Reporting
Keep CRM (HubSpot) up to date
Forecast and monitor monthly sales with Business Developers
Contribute to industrial planning with operations
💼 Inside Sales – Advanced Materials (initial phase)
Nurture and re-engage existing prospects
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and webinars
Prepare customer quotes and support marketing activities (email, LinkedIn, events)
