Job Description
- Manages and supervises the HR Recruiting organization unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Defines, implements, and continuously improves recruitment strategies and processes to ensure efficiency, fairness, and alignment with business needs.
- Identifies potential for improvement in the area of responsibility, provides consultation, and contributes to enhancing overall service delivery.
- Leads and develops the recruitment team, defining clear objectives, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Plans and monitors team activities to ensure full coverage of all recruitment stages and timely response to business requests.
- Manages and optimizes sourcing channels and tools, including outsourcing companies, recruitment agencies, and digital platforms.
- Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with universities, technical schools, and professional institutions to build sustainable talent pipelines.
- Continuously evaluates and implements innovative sourcing solutions to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Develops and executes employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
- Oversees the planning and implementation of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and community objectives.
- Partners with the Corporate Communications team to promote CSR and employer branding initiatives internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field
- Over 7 years of proven experience in a manufacturing industry with at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership role such as Head of Recruitment, HR Manager, or equivalent
- Strong experience with White and Blue Collars hiring
- High leadership skills with a strong focus on employee coaching, mentoring, and development
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional proficiency in English Language
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
