As a Senior Group Operations Consultant, you will take full ownership of operating confirmed group itineraries. You will ensure every detail reflects the standards of excellence our brand is known for, working closely with suppliers, partners, guides, and customers to create experiences that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the full operational process for confirmed group itineraries across South and Southern Africa
- Coordinate all arrangements with precision, ensuring that each journey runs effortlessly from arrival to departure
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm services, manage logistics, and handle special requests
- Deliver exceptional service, anticipate needs, and maintain a calm, solutions-driven approach under pressure
- Support and guide team members to uphold consistent service standards
- Collaborate with contracting, sales, and proposals teams to maintain excellence in delivery and customer satisfaction
- Minimum 5 years' experience in inbound group travel operations (South and Southern Africa experience essential)
- Deep knowledge of South and Southern Africa's destinations, travel products, and experiences
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and customer service skills
- Impeccable attention to detail, professionalism, and presentation
- Proficiency in travel systems and Microsoft Office
