Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who enjoys a diverse workload between Finance and Administrative tasks.
Our Financial Administrative Specialist supports our department with handling of day to day work. Takes responsibility for the incoming invoices who needs to be split and re-charged to the customers, where output from different systems will help you to make the division. Always on the lookout for continious improvement in the process. Monitors the budget and helps and takes an active role in the reporting of the services we deliver.
Next to this are a lot of administrative tasks to be done within the department, managing and setting up login-code for users, new pricelist to be communicated in several platforms, handling the news - communication on several platforms, ordering several documentations, communicate with suppliers.
