Job Description
The CIO Office is a transversal department supporting the IT of Groupe BPCE. Its mission is to foster a consolidated view of IT across various business units, enabling enhanced management and communication. The CIO Office works closely with support functions to promote efficient channels for management control, focusing on project-based management, resource and planning control, KPI implementation and monitoring, financial and budget control, and harmonization of practices and rules for a cross-cutting understanding of challenges and needs.
Main tasks and goals:
As a Business Management Officer within the CIO Office, you will work closely with BPCE Infogérance & Technologies (BPCE-IT), an IT entity integrated in Groupe BPCE responsible for delivering secure, innovative, and efficient IT solutions. Its activities span four key areas: 1. Infrastructure: Designing, implementing, and operating robust, sustainable technology solutions; 2: Employee Digital Workspace: Providing all employees with a modern, secure, and user-friendly work environment; 3.Production Application Support: Ensuring the quality, automation, and evolution of application platforms and supporting development teams; 4. IT Security & Control Tower: Protecting information systems, managing cyber risks, and delivering 24/7 service supervision and quality improvement. BPCE-IT operates with a global, integrated model focused on expertise, service quality, and innovation.
Some activities described:
- Produces, delivers, and maintains financial/budget reports and indicators for their department and/or team activities either locally or globally.
- Prepares and supports the process related with budget reviews, forecasts, P&L either locally or globally as well as invoice management.
- Preforms gap analysis between defined targets and the targets completed in order to identify discrepancies and propose corrective measures.
- Performance Monitoring, Oversight, and Governance Board Preparation - Organize and prepare for Oversight and Governance Board meetings, including agenda setting, documentation preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Liaises with multiple departments and stakeholders (e.g. Finance, IT, Operations, Compliance, among other) to solve issues and collect/implement requirements related with the team financial related topics.
- Acts as the main point of contact in their department/team for all finance topics in order to give visibility to local and onshore management about topics at hand when needed.
- Controls cockpit (organizational KPI review and update, project KPI follow-up)
- Identifies department/team's staffing needs, as well as maintains the staffing data consistently with all joiners, exits, mobilities for the audit trail to ensure an accurate tracking of existing resources and identify future needs.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate internal team events, such as townhalls or small department level initiatives, including plan definition, logistics, and supervising stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Internal Community Animation: Support and engage internal communities by coordinating communication initiatives, preparing materials for presentations and reports, and fostering collaboration across teams to promote a positive organizational image.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree for the role.
- Up to 2 years’ experience in customer support, management control, and/or project management.
- English fluency mandatory and a good level of French (at least a B2) mandatory.
- Advanced knowlegde of the common office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills.
