This position is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with 2–5 years of working experience who is eager to develop and grow within a hands-on production environment. The company offers strong growth potential with a clear pathway toward Operations Management for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in improving and streamlining manufacturing and operational processes.
- Support daily production activities, workflow coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to process optimization, continuous improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyse data, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including quality, maintenance, and logistics.
- Participate in implementing new projects, systems, and operational improvements.
- Provide technical input and support to management and production teams.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- ND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (completed qualification).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities in Afrikaans and English (both spoken and written).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Availability to start soon will be considered a strong advantage.
