The Role
Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, the Senior Paid Performance Media Lead will oversee Nelsons’ digital media strategy and its execution across key markets (UK, USA, France and Germany) and platforms. This is a pivotal, hands-on role responsible for managing full-funnel digital media planning, buying, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization across Meta, YouTube, Google, and Amazon — with the objective of driving brand growth and measurable ROI.
Operating within a constrained investment environment, your challenge will be to prove the business case for increased digital investment by demonstrating clear commercial returns.
What you’ll be doing
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement full-funnel digital media strategies for Nelsons’ portfolio of brands — Rescue, Bach Flowers, and Spatone.
- Build and manage media campaigns mainly across Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok and Amazon, ensuring tight connection between upper and lower funnel activities.
- Support the full transition toward in-house media planning and buying by building internal knowledge, processes, and best practices.
Execution & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for multiple markets with a focus on performance, efficiency, and ROI.
- Manage budget allocations, pacing, and performance across platforms and funnel stages.
- Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights through robust performance dashboards and reporting.
Collaboration & Capability Building
- Partner closely with Regional Marketing Leads and eCommerce Key Account Managers.
- Report to the Group Marketing Director and play an active role in building capability development roadmap for digital marketing.
- Foster best practice sharing, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making across markets and teams.
We’d love you to have
- Proven experience in digital media planning, buying, and optimization — ideally across Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok and Amazon.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and full-funnel strategy.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and driving measurable ROI.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking tools, analytics platforms, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies.
- Fluency in French or German language
