Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Manage and coordinate the entire process from the entry of customer orders into the ERP system to their delivery,
- Ensure that orders are delivered on time and in full according to the promised delivery dates by coordinating with relevant departments (planning, quality, logistics, warehouse, production, purchasing, and technical teams) and ensuring smooth workflow,
- Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on order status, delivery dates, and any potential delays,
- Increase customer satisfaction by listening to complaints and issues, developing appropriate solutions, and escalating them to senior management when necessary to ensure action is taken,
- Share and follow up on post-delivery customer feedback with relevant departments,
- Participate in customer meetings and provide support during product or solution presentations,
- Communicate with technical teams when necessary to coordinate the development of solutions for specific customer requests,
- Prepare regular reports related to processes and ensure that records in the ERP system are kept up to date.
- Graduated from Engineering or Technical departments of universities (preferably Industrial, Electrical/Electronics, etc.),
- Newly graduated or with 1–3 years of experience in a similar position (such as sales support, order/shipment tracking, customer relations),
- Proficient in MS Office programs and preferably familiar with ERP systems,
- A good team player with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset,
- Preferably has basic knowledge of technical products,
- No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
- Holds a Class B driver’s license,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed.
