THE ROLE
Pure Storage UK is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Hunter to join our Commercial team in Staines, supporting London and the South postcodes. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing new business, working with our channel resellers and key customer accounts. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in the Commercial private sector.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Corporate Account Executive, you will:
- Promote Innovative Solutions: Advocate for our all-flash enterprise storage technology.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Lead and Strategise: Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Drive activities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with Partners: Work with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Pure Storage.
- Execute Account Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently.
- Deliver Results: Surpass quotas, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive referenceable business.
- Communicate Effectively: Present proposals highlighting Pure Storage’s benefits.
WHAT YOU BRING
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Sales Passion: A strong drive for sales and relationship building.
- Commercial Experience: Experience with direct/indirect sales on London and South Commercial accounts, ideally with some experience of Hedge Funds and similar FSI accounts.
- Partner Collaboration: Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
- Prospecting Skills: Advanced skills in engaging new customers required.
- Ambition and Drive: A goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
- Proven Success: A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: A broad understanding of technology and how it solves client needs, in particular infrastructure, Data, and Security.
- Communication Skills: Excellent time management and communication abilities.
- Experience: 2+ years of full life cycle field sales experience.
- Language Skills: Professional Business Level written and spoken English language skills.
