Your profile
We are looking for a Processing Supervisor with proven leadership experience in production or post-harvest processing operations. The ideal candidate excels at managing teams, ensuring product quality, and overseeing all processing workflows from raw materials to finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily processing operations including trimming, packaging, and quality control to meet production targets
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of processing equipment and facilities
- Manage and mentor processing staff, promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best industry practices
- Keep accurate records of processing activities and report on performance and issues
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Collaborate with quality assurance, cultivation, and compliance teams to optimize product output and quality
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in processing or production operations, ideally in cannabis processing
- Strong knowledge of product handling, packaging, and quality control
- Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
- Fluency in English; professional command of French and/or Spanish is an advantage
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to safety
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to processing environments
Work Conditions
- Onsite work in Breitenbach, Solothurn Canton, Switzerland — accessible by train via Basel and nearby stations in Laufen and Zwingen
