Your mission
You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of client implementations and for maintaining the highest standards of service and execution quality across projects in Europe.
As a true orchestrator, you will coordinate project teams, ensure technical and functional consistency, and drive client satisfaction for our key strategic accounts.
Your main responsibilities
Lead client project delivery from scoping to go-live, ensuring quality, planning, and deadlines are met.
Manage and coach a team of Project Managers: prioritization, support, and skills development.
Lead the coordination of technical integrations together with Product and R&D teams (API, SSO, third-party systems).
The role focuses on tracking progress, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring deadlines are met — without hands-on involvement in the development itself.
Help structure and enhance our delivery model (methods, processes, tools, and reporting).
Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams during scoping and negotiation phases.
Responsible for ensuring the proper transfer of client accounts to the Customer Success Management and Customer Support teams.
Represent Pixid with European key accounts, ensuring top-level service quality and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and maturity of our delivery practice in a multi-country, multi-product context.
