We are currently looking for a Junior Officer - Learning and Development to join our Learning Team and act as a Business Partner for one of our Service Line.

Your contribution to our success - Coordinate end-to-end training operations: manage calendars, schedule sessions, send invites/reminders, track RSVPs/waitlists, update rosters.
- Administer and optimize the LMS and learning catalog: create courses/sessions, enroll learners, issue certificates/transcripts, troubleshoot access, ensure excellent learner experience.
- Organize training across delivery modalities (virtual, classroom, digital) and manage quality; continuously challenge and improve the offering.
- Support onboarding: enroll new hires in learning pathways, track progress, and prepare welcome materials.
- Support compliance training (assignments, due dates, reminders, escalations).
- Drive evolving learning technologies into the offer; stay current on L&D trends, AI, and best practices.
Profile description:
· 0–2 years’ experience in L&D, HR, administration/operations, customer support, or similar coordination roles; organized, detail‑oriented, reliable.
· Clear communicator with a strong customer service mindset; able to manage calendars, checklists, and deadlines.
· Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets: filters, lookups, pivots).
· Familiarity with LMS platforms and virtual tools (Zoom/Teams) is a plus.
· Fluent in English; French is a plus
