How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Key Responsibilities:
HR Event Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging internal HR events, including Welcome Days for new hires and Internal Career Days to promote internal mobility and development.
HR Technology & Innovation (Chatbot/AI):
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of an HR chatbot or AI-powered Q&A tool, initially focusing on providing instant answers to common Compensation & Benefits questions.
Onboarding Program Excellence:
Drive the successful implementation of our comprehensive onboarding plan for new employees.
Conduct regular follow-ups with new hires and managers to ensure a smooth integration and identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
Internal HR Communications (ALBI@Work):
Develop and disseminate engaging content for our internal HR communication platform/newsletter (e.g., ALBI@Work), ensuring employees are informed about HR initiatives, news, and updates.
HR System User Support (MyHR Tutorials):
Create clear, user-friendly video tutorials and guides to help employees effectively navigate and utilize our MyHR portal and other HR tools.
Employee Recognition & Celebration:
Manage and coordinate employee birthday acknowledgements and celebrations.
Develop and implement initiatives to celebrate employee work anniversaries and seniority milestones.
Assist in the planning and distribution of end-of-year employee gifts and recognition.
Support and coordinate company-wide employee gifting or recognition programs (e.g., "Cadeau Nation" or similar initiatives).
Ad-hoc HR Support ("Quick Fixes"):
Provide timely and effective support for various ad-hoc employee inquiries and HR operational tasks, acting as a helpful point of contact.

Who You Are:
Eligible for the VIE program.
A recent graduate with a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
A genuine passion for creating a positive employee experience and fostering a great workplace culture.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
Digitally savvy, with an interest in HR technology and comfortable creating digital content (e.g., videos).
