About the role:
As we continue to grow and expand our team’s capacity to deliver high-end services, we are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our Banking & Finance team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and manage workstreams on milestone banking and finance engagements.
As an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer you will:
- Be part of the Banking & Finance team, working on a wide range of market-leading banking and finance matters
- Take responsibility within teams of associates and manage various project workstreams
- Interact directly with regulatory authorities
- Gain direct client exposure and contribute to both the technical and business aspects of service delivery
The successful candidate should have:
- At least 4 years of experience in banking and financial transactions
- A strong vision to become a highly qualified and recognized legal practitioner in the banking and finance sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resilience and commitment
- A continuous learning and development mindset
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- Excellent command of business English
- A good understanding of business issues and a problem-solving approach
