About The Program
The Global Graduate Program is a three-year journey consisting of three six-month rotations, followed by an 18-month landing role within Athenian Brewery in Athens, Greece.

Rotation 1: Start at Athenian Brewery, gaining a solid foundation in your chosen function while understanding our operations, strategy, and culture.
Rotation 2: Take on a cross-functional assignment in Greece, broadening your business perspective and learning how different departments connect.
Rotation 3: Expand your horizons with an international assignment within the HEINEKEN network, enhancing your global mindset and adaptability.
Landing Role: Apply everything you’ve learned in a management position in Greece, contributing to business growth and driving impact.

Criteria & Conditions

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s an asset).
Experience: Recent graduate (up to 1-year post-graduation).
Languages: Fluency in English and Greek.
Work Rights: Legal right to work in Greece.
Mobility: Flexibility for international assignments.
