As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at OneStock, you will play a key role in supporting our strategic growth across the DACH region. Your primary focus will be to identify high-potential business opportunities, engage with prospective clients, and contribute to building strong, long-term commercial relationships.
Your main responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and reach out to retail brands across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Use email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to start conversations with decision-makers.
- Research target accounts and tailor your outreach with relevant insights.
📍 Territory Development
- Build and manage your pipeline in a complex and diverse region.
- Understand local market dynamics and adapt your messaging accordingly.
- Work with Account Executives on territory plans and strategic targeting.
🧠 Lead Qualification
- Run discovery calls to understand prospects' needs and challenges.
- Qualify leads based on their fit for OneStock’s solutions.
- Clearly communicate our values in both German and English.
✨ Creative Outreach
- Design engaging, personalized outreach campaigns.
- Test different formats, messages, and touchpoints to improve engagement.
- Use storytelling and trends to spark interest.
🤝 Collaboration & Handover
- Book qualified meetings and pass them smoothly to Account Executives.
- Participate in sales team meetings and share market learnings.
- Align closely with marketing on campaigns and events.

- Keep CRM data clean and up-to-date
- Track key metrics like outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
- Follow best practices to stay organized and efficient.
