Job Description
Are you passionate about using data and insights to shape strategic decisions? We’re looking for a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team and support the development and delivery of our enterprise technology strategy. This is a hands-on role that blends analytical thinking with operational coordination, offering the opportunity to work across a wide range of strategic initiatives and stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting research on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning
- Supporting the development of technology roadmaps, investment plans, and innovation initiatives
- Tracking key performance indicators and objectives to measure progress across strategic initiatives
- Maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor performance and highlight key insights
- Coordinating planning cycles and supporting resource tracking across technology programmes
- Ensuring documentation and processes align with governance standards and frameworks
- Preparing clear and engaging presentations, reports, and internal communications for stakeholders
- Capturing meeting actions, maintaining SharePoint sites, and supporting cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Experience in strategy, business analysis, or project support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with performance tracking frameworks such as KPIs and OKRs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs to deadlines
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
