What You’ll Do
- Support the Procurement team in managing daily purchasing operations and supplier coordination.
- Assist in the preparation, follow-up, and tracking of purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Help maintain supplier databases, documentation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to gather technical requirements for purchase requests.
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate quotes.
- Support invoice and delivery issue resolution in coordination with finance and logistics.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and procurement-related projects.
What You’ll Need
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn about procurement processes and supplier management in a high-tech environment.
- Comfortable working with Excel and ERP systems (experience with data analysis or reporting is a plus).
- Fluent in English – Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
