The Marketing Team mission is to support our commercial strategy with data-driven insights, strengthen Metroscope’s visibility, and generate qualified leads
As a Marketing Data Analyst apprentice/intern, you will contribute by helping us better understand our customers software usage and problems, market dynamic, and competition.
You will gain experience in marketing analytics and data-driven problem-solving within a SaaS environment for industries.
You will work closely with our marketing managers to provide analysis, build dashboards, and generate insights that support decision-making.
Your missions
Your daily activities will be divided into ~ 70% analytics & dashboards and 30% applied marketing problem-solving.
Your tasks will include:
Marketing Analytics & Dashboards
SQL / Grafana: Create and maintain dashboards to monitor customer usage of our software.
Data Analysis (Python): Explore datasets, run ad-hoc analyses, and provide actionable insights to the team.
Market & Customer Insights
Customer Analysis: Study how customers interact with our software to identify usage trends, adoption drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
Market Analysis: Support the team with data-driven studies of industrial sectors and competitors.
Knowledge Sharing & Communication
- Present your findings to the team and contribute to a culture of data-informed decision-making.
