About the Company
ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Construction Manager with expertise in general civil works, particularly in bridge construction, road development, concrete structures, and utilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and within established timelines.
Main Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of civil projects (bridges, roads, concrete, utilities).

Manage construction activities to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Supervise on-site operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with design specs, regulations, and safety standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success and resolve issues.

Guide teams, foster accountability, and promote continuous improvement.

Oversee budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Minimum of 15 years’ proven experience in senior construction management roles, focusing on general civil works

Extensive knowledge of bridge construction, road development, concrete structures, and utilities

Strong leadership and project management skills with a consistent record of successful project delivery

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in construction project management software and tools
