Main Responsibilities
- Operate piling rigs to perform foundation work for various construction projects, including commercial and infrastructure developments.
- Ensure efficient, precise, and safe execution of piling operations, adhering to project specifications and safety standards.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot piling equipment, ensuring all machinery is in optimal working condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of rigs and related equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with site supervisors and engineers to coordinate rig activities and meet project timelines.
- Keep accurate records of daily operations, including equipment usage, maintenance logs, and any incidents.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operator, with a background in Piling, Civil Earthworks, or Mining.
- Valid rig operator license or ticket.
- Experience with Bauer, Liebherr, and Soilmec rigs is highly regarded.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of general construction and workplace safety procedures.
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously as well as under supervision.
