Job Description
Please note, this is a Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2025.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will support the operations team in delivery of on time, right first time, analytical services to customers. You will be the liaison between customers, and the Eurofins lab and operations teams, tracking the progress of samples from collection through to reporting, ensuring samples are booked correctly and reported on time, in full.
- Be the voice of the customer in the business: ensure that sampling service schedules are adhered to, and samples booked for the correct analysis, right first time.
- Ensure that customer sub-samples have been sent for subcontracting on time, and that subcontracting results have been received in a timely manner to allow on time reporting.
- To track logistics and intake adherence to customer schedules.
- Provide reports to customers on Eurofins performance against their Service Level Agreements, and adherence to operational service delivery metrics.
- Represent Eurofins on customer review calls to present performance metrics and obtain customer feedback on improvement areas.
- Work with operations and lab teams to ensure that service improvements are implemented to ensure adherence to service level agreement KPIs.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
- Manage incoming phone enquiries and ensure timely resolution. Proactively follow up with departments to ensure responses are given to customers in a timely manner.
- Actively manage contracts/customers through regular phone/email and MS Teams contact.
- To work closely with the Commercial team in customer retention and development, including issuing and updating quotes, and updating the CRM, ComLims and LIMS systems.
- Work with department leads to ensure they meet customer requirements and KPIs.
- Issuing reports to customers from LIMS and completing bespoke reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working in an administrative function in a business environment.
- Computer literate.
- Hard working self-motivated, disciplined, and professional team player
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, organise and co-ordinate your own workload.
- Ability to influence individuals where there isn’t a direct reporting line.
- Good communication skills
