About the Role
Our Customer Service Team plays a vital role in ensuring guests have a positive experience during the event. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors at our Info Points and will also provide behind-the-scenes support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting guests face-to-face at Info Points with queries and general support.
- Handling, logging, and resolving complaints using our helpdesk software.
- Escalating issues in person and through the system when required.
- Rotating between front-facing Info Points and back-office roles as needed.
- Delivering proactive support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visitor experience.
- Previous experience of working on large scale events
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A calm, approachable manner, even under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to take on different tasks and shifts.
- A team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
