You will analyze customer needs and market trends to continuously refine product strategies, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with business objectives. Your role is central in coordinating cross-functional teams, commercial, operational, and strategic, to deliver value-added solutions that meet evolving market demands.

Through active customer engagement and data-driven decision-making, you will identify new opportunities and innovate to expand Unilabs’ product portfolio, ultimately contributing to improved patient care and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management: Lead development and optimization of diagnostic products; manage roadmaps, launches, and performance.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market and competitor analyses to shape product strategy and identify opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with commercial, operational, and strategic teams to execute product initiatives.
Customer Focus: Gather feedback, identify new customer needs, and drive innovation to expand our portfolio.
Financial Oversight: Manage product budgets, monitor financial performance, and contribute to profitability.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain product specs, manuals, and reports; share performance updates with stakeholders.
