The Role
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Product Manager to drive the evolution of our internal and customer-facing platforms, balancing dedicated partnership with the Finance department and integration with our Commercial domain. Working alongside the Product Development Director for Commercial Experience, this role will thrive in a Single-Threaded Owner (STO) environment with end-to-end accountability across initiatives impacting lead-to-cash and billing journeys. The ideal candidate brings strong product ownership, financial domain understanding, and comfort with cross-functional, matrix collaboration across teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
You will link operational needs with business strategy, improve financial product features and processes, and ensure Expereo’s digital platforms deliver customer and stakeholder value throughout the revenue lifecycle, from quoting and order placement to activation and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and refine the product vision, priorities, and roadmap for initiatives at the intersection of Finance and Commercial experience
- Gather, validate, and translate requirements from Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success into prioritized features and user stories
- Collaborate with the Product Development Director and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions supporting quoting, order placement, billing, and revenue recognition for both internal and customer-facing platforms
- Define and track key business metrics (billing accuracy, lead-to-cash efficiency, cycle time, NPS, manual effort) to inform backlog prioritization and continuous improvement
- Lead workshops, stakeholder sessions, and regular alignment meetings to ensure transparency and shared vision across the Finance and Commercial teams
- Oversee the product lifecycle: from strategy validation, backlog management, and sprint planning to user acceptance and business enablement
- Foster a data-driven and automation mindset, finding ways to simplify complexity and enhance operational efficiency, particularly around billing and finance operations
- Support STO-style execution and reporting on progress, risks, and delivery outcomes to product and executive leadership
Here is what your day-to-day responsibilities of the role will look like but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership/Management, with significant collaboration with Finance, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Product teams
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B SaaS, telecoms, connectivity, or another technology-driven sector
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business requirements and financial metrics;
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis/BI tools
- Experience working closely with Finance stakeholders on initiatives such as billing system improvements, quote-to-cash, or revenue automation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices, backlog grooming, user story writing, and sprint planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; proven track record of cross-departmental collaboration between Product, Finance, and Commercial functions
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
