Location: Gauteng, South Africa - Several sites (2 x Deep south and 1 x Northern)
Salary: Market-Related / R850,000 – R1.3M CTC, depending on experience

Duties & Responsibilities
- Development of asset preservation strategy
- Implementation of asset preservation strategy
- Management of Maintenance effectiveness
- Drive quality and eliminate defects through continuous improvement
- Recruit, Train & Develop, Lead, Manage and direct People
- Safety, Health and Environment
- Management of process
- Stakeholder Management
Desired Experience & Qualification
✅ Red Seal Trade (Mechanical Fitter / Millwright)
✅ National Diploma / BTech Mechanical Engineering
✅ GCC Factories
✅ 5 years plus - Proven track record in plant or production environment
✅ 3 years plus - Experience managing teams, implementing maintenance strategies, and driving SHEQ compliance
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills using RCA, 5WHYs, PDCA, etc.
✅ Knowledge of ISO standards, OHS Act, and legal compliance as GMR 2(1)
