We are seeking a Junior Fleet Controller to join our clients team. The successful candidate will assist with coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining the company’s fleet to ensure efficient operations. Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with daily scheduling and dispatching of vehicles
Monitor vehicle movements to ensure on-time deliveries
Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
Track services, maintenance, and licensing schedules
Support with fuel management and cost control
Liaise with drivers and operations team to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and road regulations

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric (Grade 12)
Previous experience in fleet administration/dispatch (advantageous but not essential)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Computer literate (MS Office, fleet software advantageous)
Willingness to work shifts/overtime if required
