VACANCY: Systems Engineer
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics/Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience:
Project Engineering & Design
- Perform precise engineering calculations, detailed technical drawings, and prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Design vacuum pump systems using SolidWorks or other CAD software (3D models and manufacturing drawings).
- Develop comprehensive operating procedures, installation manuals, and control philosophies.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, hygienic design, ISO, quality, and industry-specific standards across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, oil & gas, automotive, plastics, packaging, wastewater, and woodwork markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Lead projects end-to-end: client engagement, proposals, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and project close-out.
- Coordinate with global and local suppliers to source quality components within budget and timelines.
- Submit technical tenders and system proposals, managing delivery schedules and customer expectations.
- Oversee on-site installations, commissioning, and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure all projects comply with site safety regulations and quality standards.
Client Support & Relationship Management
- Support the Sales team with technical expertise, system proposals, tenders, and customer presentations.
- Provide after-sales technical troubleshooting and on-site problem solving to secure repeat business.
- Conduct on-site evaluations, customer training, and technical consultations.
- Drive positive customer experiences through proactive service and professional engagement.
- As a Sales focused company, there will be a responsibility to help grow system sales and complex sales.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that streamline operations within the Systems Department.
- Expand the company’s systems offering across industries.
- Produce accurate weekly, monthly, and project status reports to support decision-making.
- Deliver internal and external training sessions to colleagues and customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Procurement, and Quality to ensure seamless project execution.
- Share technical expertise and feedback to improve workflows and support company-wide initiatives.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Work Environment
- Hybrid role: Primarily internal, with limited customer site visits.
- Exposure to a wide range of industries and technical challenges.
- Responsibility to achieve minimum 20% systems sales growth annually through successful project delivery.
